Programs (E1-E6)
One system, six delivery lines. Public summaries below; internal policy detail remains in ROCS Volume II evidence binders.
Youth Case Management / Services Coordination
We stabilize systems - school, home, services - so youth can function safely and consistently.
Adult Case Management + Peer
We turn plans into completed steps using peer engagement plus coordination.
Youth Day Treatment (After-School)
A structured after-school therapeutic environment that reduces risk and strengthens stability.
Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
High-frequency, skills-forward treatment that reduces relapse risk while clients remain in community living.
Youth Outpatient
Developmentally appropriate therapy and caregiver-aligned coordination without higher-intensity placement.
Adult Outpatient + Peer
Weekly therapy plus peer accountability to sustain recovery, functioning, and follow-through.
Audit-Proof by Design
Our operational posture is simple: if it is not documented, it is a rumor. Reach One is built around Golden Thread documentation (assessment -> ISP -> services -> notes -> utilization review -> discharge) and closed-loop coordination (a referral is not complete until the outcome is verified and recorded).
- Are you accepting clients now?
- No. Reach One is in readiness pending the CARF survey window (April-May).
- When will services begin?
- After survey completion and internal go-live approval. Updates will be posted.
- Is this an emergency service?
- No. If you need urgent help, call 988 or 911.
Partnership conversations are open now.
Referral partners, payers, workforce candidates, and grant collaborators can request a non-clinical conversation. Do not include PHI.
